When I was a project manager I looked at the whole project lifecycle to ensure the goals were met and to look at how the process could continuously improve. I incorporate that method in my coaching by working with you on your health lifecycle to ensure that your goals are met and that you can continuously improve your health.
You are a unique person. I believe your health support should be unique as well. Therefore, I collaborate with you to support your journey whether that be to lose weight, drop inches, increase vitality and/or have a healthier lifestyle. As your personal health coach, I meet with you either in person, on the phone or via an online Zoom call to understand who you are as a whole person in order to fully support your specific goals.
Through online Zoom calls the group serves as accountability partners for one another.

KITCHEN REMODEL – No, not changing your counters, cabinets and appliances , but changing what’s inside (just like you’re doing with your body 😉 ). I’ll help you identify triggers that may impede your health goals and ways to help you be more efficient when making meals by seeing what items may need to be added and what may need to be removed.
GROCERY RUN – I’ll join you on a grocery run and help provide helpful TYPS4Life to be more efficient and healthy when you’re shopping.
